NNN Hystory - Origins aka The Forgotten

Wanted for a long time to make this topic, sadly i didn't find time.
We mentioned sometimes players that once were in NNN or were close to us, but there isn't a dedicated and organized topic about them.

If we discuss almost everything in our comunity i think that the people who had something to say or influenced us during time/meant something to us shouldn't be neglected. Mainly they were part of NNN comunity for at least 2-3 years ago, mostly in WWP, before we decided to move to W:A.

For me it's very important cuz i've meet great wormers but most important great people. If any1 has some information feel free to add and complete lacking infos. This is what i remember so far:

1. NNNxDvorkin aka ''The Monster'': a good player with very nice tactics and skills. He shared with us many infos regarding his gameplay. Curently i don't know what has happened to him.

2. NNNxWormsik: most of you don't know him, if i remember corectly he wasn't in the post WWP period.

3. NNNxMasterTool: i've met him before i joined NNN, and before i finally played Dario first time

... talented wormer overall and very creative.

4. NNNxNormalxDes: i remember very few things about him. We played at the beginning of my NNN membership.

5. NNNxNormalPRO: always win oriented and sometimes rude, but not towards me.

6. NNNxXworm: one of my fav. wormers from old period. He knows what tactic means and he was a mine searcher :O

7. NNNxHunter: Dario definitely has more infos on him. He was at the begining of clan.

8. NNNxTopper: Another Argentinian wormer fun to play with. No infos on what happened to him.

9. NNNxPhilippo: He was not very active, and dissapeared suddenly (Polish wormer as i remember).

10. NNNxOptymus: Very nice wormer ... i still wonder what happened to him since he was active not so long ago.

11. NNNxRafalus: Some words from Koras would be nice here. He is/was one of the greatest wormers. Played him before the trial for NNN.

12. NNNxRaven: Probably the nicest old school wormer there is. Sadly health issues made him retire. I hope he is ok

... saw him once on msn, i want to think it was really him.

13. NNNxSuperpipo: I still see him on msn sometimes. He moved to Germany some time ago.

14. NNNxVampire: played him one time at FTM tourney. Wasn't to talkative.

15. NNNxSilja: dunno how he got into clan, not seen him since a while. Misirac might be able to help with infos.

16. NNNxHatequitter: we all know the story

17. NNNxNickyNick: vanished?

Those were NNNx wormers i remember now, i will add others who were close to us in the next post. But another day

To Wormsik:

PODxf knows him in RL. Because of Wormsik he started to play W:A. LOL, Wormsik still had a replay playing vs me. I m sure its over 2 years ago.

aaaaand he is going to marry soon. thats only thing I know

Optymus toke another nick at end of his wormer career, now I dont think he is still active.

HQ, no! I dont know his story ^^

Dvorkin just had job/real life issueas that I know, and slowly had to stop playing. He was really good compared to other normal players back then.

Wormsik performed a Rafalus: vanished.

MasterTool was indeed creative and somehow talented, although he used to decide to take his dog for a walk in the middle of a game in a "hey, sorry, but walking my dog is waaay more important than you" way. Many of us know that he kind of hated Russia and couldn't stfu about it (always blaming Russia for his problems almost as often as some people blame their loses on SD).

NormalDes, if I remember correctly, was kicked because of too many intentional-disconnections accusations against him.

NormalPro was a good player, very competitive and always trying to find ways to win more (ways that could be considered kind of lame, like "careful" map choosing). Maybe with the time he could have learned not to use cheap tricks, but the real problem was his rudeness combined with that winning hunger.

XWorm was indeed an excellent player and an excellent example of how far a wormer can go without using a lot of skills. Still he always said that worms was a secondary hobby, so I guess that his primary hobby ended up pushing worms out of his life.

Hunter is one of the 3 wormers I've met personally, really fun guy, just not too interested in worms. Good roper (comparable to Jakka) used to play a lot of wxw games. He never really had the chance to show how good he was at normal games because he had to play while working at his cyber. He is a good friend of SirGorash and he left NNN clan a long time ago because of activity.

Optymus is another friend of SirGorash. I don't really know why he is not active anymore (I've seen him a few months ago, though by that time he was already not active) but I guess it has a lot to do with having a new job. He also used to play from a cyber, like Hunter.

Topper is the other wormer I met personally, also from SirGorash's environment, not too interested in worms was removed from NNN clan in the first clan sweeping because of activity.

NickyNick: another "we all know his story" case

, he doesn't play worms anymore because another hobby replaced it.

NNNxDistrance : Very nice player, through him I found the NNN clan. I think he quitted worming.

NNNxPeltzi: Maybe known for some maps he made. Also a nice player, didn't see him for a while.

And yes, tell us HQ's story

Yes, Distrance wasn't really a good player, but his rope/bungee knocking ability was impressive.

Peltzi was one of the smartest wormers I've ever met, good map maker and also a programer.

I didn't mention Peltzi cuz he still is listed in mod team at forum and often at msn.

The HQ story is complicated... he started this clan too but nowadays he had some issues with Dario ... rofl. Until Dario doesen;t apologize...

But we all now that HQ wasn't very active in the last years.

nice list, btw. Indeed Wormsik getting married, but He told me that in few months maybe He will come back...
About MasterTool - the same here, He was at Cracow at the start of the year and when He gets back to His country then He will play in NNN L, very possible though

Oh, yes, there was a misunderstanding with HQ, I played a friendly game with him after I entered this "if you are going to make an easy shot then please let me leave because it bores me" mood. I asked why he did noob moves if he wasn't a noob and he thought I was calling him noob or something. Sigh, language barriers, nothing to apologise for

Anyway he likes more shoppa than normal games nowadays (has been like that for a long time). Not long ago he was in sw clan or.

@Daz: Peltzi was indeed a nice guy, as a wormer he was waaay to lightsid oriented for my taste.

yea, He signed up to Polish League in 2008, but unfortunately He didnt have time to play, but we talked a lot, very nice wormer

One thing that surprised me: I thought I knew (at least from nick) all Polish wormers, but Philippo??

Is He really Polish guy?

Yup, at least so i remember. But Philippo played worms at leat 3 years ago in WWP. If you didn't played worms or did play but in W:A, then...

not really, he is his cousin

Rafalus,Dvorkin and Philippo live in same city, unfortunately they left worm community :/ I was really lucky becasue when I started play worms there was so many good polish players 4NNNs+Jigsaw,Goku and few others:)
